We start with the finest cuts of locally sourced , humanely raised Berkshire pork from Bansley's Berkshire Farms located in Harrison, Arkansas about 50 minutes away. Every step of the salami-making process is meticulously executed, from hand trimming the meat to blending the perfect combination of spices and seasonings. We embrace traditional methods while incorporating innovative flavors, resulting in a harmonious balance that will delight your taste buds.
