Halloween Charcuterie Contest Winners

The #charcuterie fans have spoken! The winners of our Halloween Charcuterie competition as chosen by those voting last week are:

Grand Prize: Jennifer D. of Naperville, Illinois

Congratulations to the winners! We’ve posted all the top ten finalists that were voted on, so you all can get some inspiration for next year’s competition!

Apricot cheese, red dragon, blue cheese, wheat crackers, melba toast, baked pita crackers. Grapes and clementine’s. Hard salami and pepperoni. pumpkin fudge and bags of peanut brittle. And centerpiece is a honeycomb display that drops the honey in the tray for you to spoon on your crackers or cheeses. All surrounded with hints of Halloween.

Red dragon, smoked bourbon Gouda, pumpkin spice cheddar cheese with drab sliced prosciutto, Caprese, Genoa salami, pecans, walnuts, sweet pickles, pickled carrots, fig spread, and green grapes and moon drop grapes. Kalamata and black olives.

Cheeses: Red Dragon, Sage Derby, Gruyere, and a blue cheese. Meats: sopressata, prosciutto, and capicola. Gruyere paired with caramel corn and Reese’s mini peanut butter cups. The blue cheese is paired with the prosciutto, dried apricots, pecans, and honey. The Sage Derby is paired with honey, whole grain mustard, sopressata, and blackberries. The Red Dragon is paired with capicola, Habanero corn nuts, hot pepper jelly, pickled beets, and spicy pumpkin seeds. Other items on the board include candy corn, black grapes, and pistachios.
